Constantly nagging someone about his or her opinion is considered starting an argument in my book. All that I did was give the person who originally asked the question an answer, but you are attempting to start trouble. I bet you are also the same jerk that kept e-mailing me and rating my videos stating that you were going to attempt to shut down this site.

Just for laughs why don't you upload some video to this site that is a direct violation of all copyright laws and see if they will accept it.

I know that they won't. I have had a handful of videos rejected from this site that other amateur video sites have accepted one of those was my video "How Will I Laugh Tomorrow...When I Can't Even Smile today."

The internet archive stated that the video was a violation of the fair use agreement because the video consisted of scenes from the second season of Buffy: The Vampire Slayer. However, accepted this video and even waived their fee that most artists are asked to pay for distributing works on their site because they thought it was a great music video. The video is also available at and was one time available at both and Every site the video has been at never received any complaints about legal issues and has done well.

See for yourself.

It is also probably because of people constantly gripping about fair use issue that the archive has became filled with boring test films such as the stairs.

Leave the issue alone and let the internet archive decide what they think is fair. I have a bigger production film to finish and do not have time to continue arguing with you anyways.

Now that was a humorous reply. Masters of entertainment, aren't we. It's been a pleasure.
